By accessing or booking any service through Water Link, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Water Link provides water-based recreational activities including, but not limited to:

• Jet Ski

• Jet Car

• Yacht Rental

• Other water activities

2. Eligibility

• Minimum age requirements apply depending on the activity.

• Participants must be physically fit and able to swim (recommended).

• A valid ID or passport may be required.

3. Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Prices are displayed in AED unless stated otherwise.

• Booking confirmation is sent upon successful payment.

4. Safety & Instructions

• Customers must follow all safety instructions provided by staff.

• Life jackets are mandatory where required.

• Failure to comply may result in termination of the activity without refund.

5. Weather Conditions

Activities may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather or safety conditions.

6. Liability

Water Link is not responsible for:

• Personal injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions

• Loss or damage of personal belongings

• Delays caused by weather or force majeure
