Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled activity may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity are non-refundable.

2. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive on time without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

3. Weather & Safety Cancellations

If an activity is canceled by Water Link due to weather or safety reasons:

  • Customers may choose a reschedule or a refund.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
